REPAIR PROCEDURES:

At Northwest Industrial Repair your machine is in competent hands from the receiving dock through the evaluation and repair process to final shipment.

Step 1: The unit is received and logged into our system.
Step 2: The unit is opened and inspected. (All critical parts are measured and recorded.)
Step 3: A Firm price quote is prepared.
Step 4: After customer approval any parts not in stock are ordered.
Step 5: Machine is assembled, tested, and painted.
Step 6: Machine is prepared for shipment or delivery.

Testing precedures vary depending on type of equipment.

VACUUM PUMPS:
All vacuum pumps are tested on our data acquisition program. This program documents the pump down curve and base pressure achieved with a graph, in a 60 minute run time. A copy of the graph is supplied with all vacuum pump repairs. Northwest Industrial Repair is the leader in the northwest with this technology. You can rest assured your pump runs properly before installation.

VACUUM BOOSTERS:
All vacuum boosters are tested with our data acquisition program. Depending on booster size we will use one of our many test-roughing pumps. Leak checks are preformed and internal clearances checked once again after test. Again rest assured your unit is ready for installation.

BLOWERS:
We have the capability to test run most blowers on our custom test stand. We have tested blowers with gear diameters of up to 14", and as small as 3". Units are brought up to operating temperature for one hour. Then all internal clearances are rechecked.
